The Nihal Veliyil Foundation was born from our family’s personal journey with our son, Nihal, and autism. What began with uncertainty, searching for the right support, and celebrating small milestones gradually became a deeper understanding of the challenges faced by thousands of children and their families.

We realised that every child deserves the opportunity to communicate, learn, grow and live with dignity — and that quality care should never depend on a family’s ability to pay.

That belief became our mission.

Through our flagship initiative, Spectrum Hearts, we provide multidisciplinary therapies and developmental support to children with autism and other developmental challenges completely free of cost. Our qualified professionals work closely with children and parents, providing individualised, evidence-based care in an environment built on compassion, respect and hope.

But our vision goes beyond therapy.

We aspire to create greater autism awareness, strengthen families, promote inclusion, support professional excellence and build a future where developmental differences never become barriers to opportunity.

Our story began with one child — Nihal. Today, it has become a mission for many.
Because when we empower a child, we strengthen a family.
